Hi I’m Justin. I’m an emerging handyman here in San Francisco.

I personally rehabbed large parts of my 100 year old rail-road apartment back in NYC before moving here and had a blast doing it.

I repaired many large holes in old plaster walls, finished a bathroom rehab when my contractor went missing, refinished my own wood floors and framed a new door way to a large closet

I’ve recently hung pictures and drapes for folks near Alamo Square, fixed drywall for a property manager in Sausalito and assembled Ikea furniture for woman in North Beach.

I often do wall fixes and paint touch-ups (including painting whole rooms) for apartments that have been recently emptied and need to be staged for new renters or owners.  I’m excellent at finding new paint to match old faded paint. Real Estate agents and Property Managers love me.

I charge $65 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
